Druid

Druids are the most versatile characters in World of Warcraft – in return they require above-average flexible game play on your part.  The main arsenal of the druid includes three damage spells for individual targets and one damage intensive spell to use against many targets.  You can also make use of the druid’s formidable healing skills: You’ll have access to four healing spells for single targets and one mass healing spell.

Via specialization Druids can get train themselves in the art of mana efficiency.  An able compromise between priest and mage can also be met in this manner.  Additionally, you have the shapeshifting ability to consider.  In bear form, he’ll become a wild warrior (with many of the strengths that the warrior possesses, especially as a tank), in his cat form he’ll become a rogue (with a very high DPS-Rate).  Your druid can therefore make use of all the important skills of the main classes: Mage, priest, warrior, and rogue.  To make the most of this advantage, you need to be able to know exactly when to use which shapeshifting skill.

Specialize your druid

Balance: Specializing in damaging spells and special abilities (Moonkin as additional shapeshifting ability) makes your druid a good distance fighter that slightly imitates a mage, but is also similar to a shadow priest.

Feral combat: Melee abilities are pushed in this tree.  Your druid can simultaneously take on the role of a rogue or a warrior, and switch between dealing damage, and dishing it out.  If things get rough, you still have your healing spells as a crutch.

Restoration: Many players consider the druid to be the best healer class of all.  The form, Tree of Life, and specialization in healing spells lay the groundwork for a real healer druid.  A heal druid is anything, but easy however. “Heal over time” spells require a feeling for when in battle the most damage is dealt.
