- RandyRun acts as a mediator for various sellers
- and presents the best consumer possibilities on www.randyrun.com (in regards to price and delivery time)
- The buyer informs RandyRun of his desired product by way of an order placed
- and pays Cash Run GmbH
- Cash Run informs RandyRun upon receipt of the money
- RandyRun forwards the customer’s desire to the sellers
- The sellers deliver the wares to the customers, while RandyRun is available for inquiries concerning the transaction
- Cash Run pays the seller the received money
Payment via Cash Run
Cash Run GmbH is a company located in Switzerland. They receive the payment from the customer and keep it safely until the order is fully delivered. Then they pay the sellers.
Withdrawal of an Order
If you want to cancel an order, we will inform the seller not to deliver any items. Once delivered, to cancel an order is no longer possible.

Disclaimer
RandyRun GmbH and Cash Run GmbH cannot be held responsible for losses arising from an order that were caused by the producers of the game. In these cases, the customer is advised to contact the producers of the game directly.
Quality Inspection
RandyRun regularly monitors deliveries to insure that all orders are delivered completely. Sellers who are not serious about their work will no longer be considered for orders during future mediations.
Reimbursement of money already paid
If, for some reason, we are unable to find a seller quickly enough for your order, you always have the option of canceling the order and getting a refund from Cash Run GmbH. Otherwise, we will simply continue to search for a seller until we have found one.
Customer and Account information
All customer and account information given to RandyRun is strictly confidential! Your account information will never be handed over to the sellers.
Delivery
An order can be split into smaller amounts and given to different suppliers to ensure the quickest possible delivery times.
Gold delivery on my account:
First we will check the account info you gave us and make a new character on your account. As soon as our supplier has enough gold on your server we will trade with him ingame and send the gold to your main character.
Gold delivery on mule account:
We will create a new account for you and deliver the gold on a character. Then we e-mail you the accountname and password.
Gold delivery face to face:
As soon as our supplier has enough gold on your server he will regularly check to see if you are online and once he sees your character he will contact you to arrange the trade.
We recommend giving some random item in trade. For example a worthless green weapon so it looks like you did offer something in trade for the gold.
Ingame mail delivery:
Our supplier will send you an ingame mail and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as it's sent. Visit a mailbox or Trader NPC to check your mail and pick up the gold.
Diablo 2 items delivery on mule account:The items will be placed on a new account. Then we send you the accountname and password by e-mail so you can take all the items.
CD-key and Gamecard delivery by e-mail:
We will send you an e-mail with a photo of the CD-key or gamecard.
Powerleveling:
A powerleveler will plan out the quickest way to level your character and begin the powerleveling within a day. When he is finished with the leveling, we will change the password to your account so he can no longer log in and we'll send you the new password in an e-mail.
Legal Details and Worthwhile Tips for Leveling with RandyRun
Due to large demand, RandyRun is now offering more games and leveling services. Your character will be leveled by a pro gamer up to your desired level – quick and convenient and guaranteed bot-free!
Even though our service runs smoothly most of time, we can not guarantee that there will never be any complications during leveling. The reason is the game producers’ approach to our services. They sometimes suspend an account.
In order to ensure that you are not abandoned, RandyRun will inform you immediately if the following happens:
- Account Suspended: Your account will be temporarily blocked by the game producers and they will notify you how long it will take. Once this is over your account will be opened again so you can continue playing with your characters.
- Account Banned: Should this happen we recommend that you write the game producers (Blizzard, Funcom etc.) and try to retrieve your account.
- If that does not work, the powerleveler is obligated to level a new character for you. However, to avoid abuse, we can only level a character of the exact same type. We cannot make any guarantees concerning equipment.
- Another possibility is to let the leveler compensate you in game currency (gold, Adena etc.) comparable to the price of leveling. The value of the lost character is not replaced in this quasi-reimbursement.
- Important: Suspending customer accounts is not correct, and you as a gamer have the right to file the game producer’s for suit. Since it concerns a legal issue between you and the game producer, the settlement must occur between you and the game producer. Further inquiries can be sent to the RandyRun service team.
Trusted Trade
With "Trusted Trade" we deliver the gold directly on your account so it can no longer be deleted. First we will log in to create a new character on your account. Then as soon as one of our WoW gold sellers has enough gold in supply we will trade it with him using this new character. The advantages of this new delivery method speak for themselves:
1. WoW Gold delivery is much safer. More and more ingame mails with gold are deleted by Blizzard. This doesn't happen with our Trusted Trade delivery method.
2. You protect your account. The new monitoring system Blizzard uses can keep track of gold deliveries through ingame mail and reserves the right to close that account right away. There is no such risk with Trusted Trade delivery.
3. None of your characters are used for the gold trade. We make a new character to trade the gold with so we never log on to one of your characters. Once we traded the gold, we'll send it to your main character. The mails sent between characters on the same account are not checked for gold delivery so it remains perfectly safe.
